Personal Shopper in Paris for International Clients: How a 48-Hour Session Works

When time in Paris is limited, preparation changes everything. The route begins before arrival and follows your schedule, not a tourist circuit.

  • Dates, hotel or starting point and available time slots.
  • Sizes, brands worn and useful photographs.
  • Upcoming occasions and priority categories.
  • Shopping budget and logistical constraints.

A visit of 24, 48 or 72 hours leaves little room for improvisation. Paris offers too many addresses, distances can be misleading and a day can disappear without one coherent outfit being built.

A session with NAFI turns that short window into a precise assignment. She does not try to show every side of Paris; she selects the places, fittings and decisions that serve the brief.

1. The briefing before arrival

The exchange begins on WhatsApp or by video call. NAFI gathers the dates, sizes, brands already worn, pieces required, upcoming events, budget and schedule constraints.

Photographs of existing outfits or garments can help refine the direction. The briefing is not intended to replace a complete style assessment: it prepares the shopping assignment efficiently.

2. A prepared route, then a responsive one

NAFI chooses the areas and boutiques according to the need. She creates a logical order, confirms the meeting point and anticipates the categories that need to be compared.

On the day, the fitting remains decisive. A cut may work differently from what was expected; one colour may shift the entire selection. The route adjusts without losing its direction.

3. Paris neighbourhoods are not a checklist

The Golden Triangle, Faubourg Saint-Honoré, Saint-Germain, Le Marais and the department stores each serve a different purpose. The right itinerary may stay within a few streets or combine several fashion languages.

Prepared appointments and reserved pieces depend on each boutique and its availability. They are never promised automatically.

In forty-eight hours, the aim is not to see more. It is to decide better.

4. French, English and clear logistics

NAFI works in French and English. Times, starting point, duration and booking terms are confirmed before the assignment. Boutique purchases remain the client's responsibility and are separate from styling fees.

If NAFI needs to purchase and ship an item after the visit, the assignment is framed separately under a purchase mandate, with the relevant terms.

5. Choosing a format for a short stay

A focused assignment may be sufficient for one outfit, one category or one area. A broader stay can combine several half-days and follow-up after the fittings. NAFI confirms the format after understanding the scope.

Current guidance is gathered on the Services and pricing page. To understand the full preparation process, visit the Personal Shopper in Paris pillar.

6. Direct client or partner-referred request

A private client books a personal shopping assignment directly. When a palace hotel, concierge, family office or another professional partner entrusts a client's request to Style by Nafi, it falls under the B2B Signature service.
